50% deposit due at booking to confirm. Remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival. Accepted: bank transfer, major credit cards. A $1,500 security deposit is held and returned within 7 days of checkout.

House Rules

No smoking indoors. Pets on request only. Events and celebrations of 10+ guests require prior approval. Check-in 3pm · Check-out 11am. Please treat the Watamula nature preserve with respect.

Cliff Villa is always rented exclusively — the entire property is yours for the duration of your stay. You will never share the villa with other guests. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 luxury en-suite bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen) and one overflow room with 2 queens.
Hato International Airport is approximately 45 minutes from the villa. We can arrange a private transfer for your group on request — just mention it in your booking enquiry. Rental cars are also available at the airport and highly recommended for exploring the island.
Curaçao sits outside the hurricane belt, making it a wonderful year-round destination. The dry season runs from January to September with mostly sunny, warm days. Even during the "rainy season" (October–December), showers are usually brief and the weather remains warm. The island averages 330 days of sunshine per year.
Yes — Cliff Villa has hosted weddings, honeymoons, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, birthdays, and corporate retreats. Events with more than 10 guests require prior approval. We work with a network of local caterers, florists, musicians, and event coordinators to make your occasion exceptional. Contact us to discuss your vision.
Cliff Villa is wonderful for families. We have safety gear for children and the pool has a shallow end perfect for younger guests. There are also games and activities for all ages, and Kalki Beach — a 5-minute walk — is calm and shallow, ideal for children. The villa team is experienced in hosting multi-generational groups. Please mention young children in your enquiry so we can prepare accordingly.
