Every Sunday
Where Curaçao Comes to Party on the Water
The Sunday Fuik Boat Party brings together everything people love about Curaçao: warm weather, beautiful sea, great music, good drinks, and an easygoing island atmosphere.
From the moment you step on board, the mood is set. The DJ is playing, the bar is open, and the boat is full of people ready to celebrate. As we sail toward Fuik Bay, the city fades behind you and the Caribbean takes over.
By the time we arrive, the boat party becomes a floating playground. Guests jump into the water, relax on floaties, dance on deck, meet new people, and enjoy Curaçao from the best possible place: the sea.

Since the Early 1960s
The History of Fuik
Fuik is more than a beautiful bay. It is part of Curaçao's social history.
The tradition goes back to the early 1960s, when members of the Curaçao Yacht Club began gathering for a New Year's breakfast. What started as a small and quiet celebration eventually moved from land to sea, as boat owners brought the gathering into Fuik Bay.
Over the years, the tradition grew. More boats joined. The music got louder. The gathering became more festive. What began as a private New Year's breakfast evolved into Fuikdag, Curaçao's famous annual floating celebration.
Today, Fuikdag is one of the island's most talked-about events — boats, music, swimming, dancing, and people celebrating together in the water. It captures something deeply Curaçao: freedom, friendship, sunshine, and life at sea.
"What began as a private New Year's breakfast in the 1960s evolved into one of the Caribbean's most iconic floating celebrations — Fuikdag."

The Spirit, Every Week
From Fuikdag to Every Sunday
Not everyone can be in Curaçao for Fuikdag. That is why this weekly experience exists.
The Sunday Fuik Boat Party brings the famous Fuik feeling into an easy-to-join weekly experience, giving visitors and locals the chance to enjoy the magic of Fuik Bay without waiting for the first Sunday of the year.
It is the same spirit: boats, music, sea, sun, and celebration. It is just easier to book, easier to join, and available every Sunday.
Whether you are visiting Curaçao for a few days or you live on the island, this experience gives you a front-row seat to one of Curaçao's most iconic traditions.

The Location
Why Fuik Bay?
Fuik Bay is one of Curaçao's most special places. Tucked along the island's coast and best reached by boat, the bay is known for its calm turquoise water, open sky, natural beauty, and relaxed Caribbean atmosphere.
During the week, it can feel quiet and remote. On Sundays, it transforms into Curaçao's floating party playground.
That contrast is what makes Fuik so unique. It is beautiful enough for a peaceful swim and lively enough for an unforgettable party.
"At Fuik, you are not just visiting a destination. You are joining a tradition."
